Governor ESL Narasimhan Under EC Clutches. Going on with the impending elections in the state, ESL Narasimhan, the state governor of Andhra Pradesh has been asked to not hold any meetings with the officials.
Hyderabad: Going on with the impending elections in the state, ESL Narasimhan, the state governor of Andhra Pradesh has been asked to not hold any meetings with the officials. On Monday, ESL was scheduled to hold a meeting with the officials of various departments. Nevertheless, the same has been cancelled due to the observation posed by the Election Commission.
From the other end, ESL has focused his concentration now on the law and order situation in the state. It is all set ready for him to hold a top level meeting with senior IAS officials. This meeting will be held on Monday at the premises of DGP’s office. All arrangements have been made for the same on the instructions of Prasada Rao, the Director General of Police. All senior IAS officials in the equivalent rank of DIG, IG and additional DG including DGP will be attending the ibid meeting. Security has been beefed up in the surrounding areas.
