Lorry overturns rooting traffic jam at Malakpet

Hyderabad: On Monday afternoon, near Yasodha Hospital at Malakpet in Hyderabad, a sand lorry upended on the national high way causing a heavy traffic jam on the National High Way road.

The eye witnesses opined that the crevice dug as part of Metroline construction was not encased by a wall, which in turn caused the catastrophe. The lorry has travelled all the way from Vijayawada with full of sand and tipped over in the pit near Malakpet. Nevertheless, no one was injured in the mishap.
