Hyderabad: As the time for general elections is approaching, the tension inside the Bharatiya Janata Party is increasing day by day. It is evident that Kishan Reddy, the state president of Bharatiya Janata Party, has openly opposed the party’s alliance with Telugu Desam Party. Moreover, in the past, many a times Kishan Reddy has explicitly criticised Chandrababu Naidu for his dual stand over the matter of state bifurcation. Despite the fact that Kishan Reddy has opposed the alliance of BJP with TDP very strongly, the BJP High Command went on with the alliance. It is learnt that Kishan Reddy was strongly hurt with this move of his party high command and glowered the party.

According to sources, Kishan Reddy has shared his feelings with his close allies and reportedly told them that his entire efforts of making the party stronger in Telangana have gone in vein with the only move of party high command.

It is also learnt that Kishan Reddy has been very sad that he could not get hold of party tickets for his close allies also. According to sources, Kishan Reddy would campaign only in his constituency – Amberpet – leaving all other constituencies to rest of the cadre. The BJP candidates who are contesting in the looming polls are feeling tensed with the obscure but palpable act of the state president of their party.

According to political analysts, if timely action is not solicited to pacify Kishan Reddy, BJP will have a strong blow in Telangana in the alarming general elections, for sure.
