Hyderabad: Midiyam Baburao, the CPM candidate for Araku assembly constituency, on Monday, demanded the Election Commission to disqualify Kotthapalli Geetha, the YSR Congress Party candidate from Araku assembly constituency.
He has written to the Election Commission to this upshot. Later, he addressed the media and said that Geetha, who originally belongs to Christian Mala community, has mentioned herself as the one belonging to Valimiki community in her affidavit submitted along with her nomination papers to the returning official. He urged the election Commission to disqualify Geetha for giving false information.
