The first ever elections for Telangana have been just completed and the results are secured in the EVMs. Before the elections, every party has shown their buoyancy as if their own party would be the winning party in the state of Telangana. Nevertheless, after completing the polls, transparently, all the parties have involved in the process of introspection and assessing the results and upcoming state of affairs.

According to the most political analysts, there will be no remarkable party that could emerge as the single largest party. Of the 119 Assembly seats, the magic figure turns to be 60. Both Congress Party and TRS have been poised over winning of the elections with a sure majority. But, the political analysts feel that there would be a definite hung in Telangana. In such a case, for any party to form the government, there would be a need of external or internal support from various other parties. TRS mainly eyes for the support of MIM seats and have been upholding a good affiliation with the party that could pave a way for their post result coalition.

From the other end, Congress Party too has been assessing the situation and would like to form the first ever government in Telangana by hook or crook. Who will be forming the government is immaterial for the general public. But, the people of Telangana would definitely call for a stable government for re-enactment of the just emerged state, as the state has to resolve many problems varying from provision of drinking water to generation of power. Everyone is looking for May 16, the day when the results will be announced and the future of political parties will be made public. Till then there is no other option than keeping the fingers crossed.
