Mahabubnagar: TRS Leader Murdered. On Friday, a Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) leader was murdered in Avancha village of Timmajipet mandal in Mahbubnagar district.
Hyderabad: On Friday, a Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) leader was murdered in Avancha village of Timmajipet mandal in Mahbubnagar district. The victim S. Parvathalu (33) has been the village party president. According to sources, his dead body was found with manifold injuries in a lake on the village’s outskirts. An illicit relationship is suspected behind the murder.
Srinivas Reddy, the Jadcherla (rural) CI, said that locals who noticed his body alerted the police. They rushed the spot and found the body with multiple injuries on the head and other parts of the body. He said that when they reached the spot and examined it, the body had multiple injuries. They are yet to come to an opinion on the weapons used to attack the victim, added Srinivas. A murder case has been registered and the investigations are on.
From the other end, the family members of Parvathalu suspect that an illicit relation with an undisclosed woman could have led to the murder. According to the family sources, the deceased was having a sexual affair with another woman since 10 years. This could have led to the murder, added the police. The body was shifted to hospital, and was handed over to the victim's family after autopsy.
