KTR assumes charge

Hyderabad: Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao alias KTR has assumed the charges of IT and Panchayatraj minister of Telangana state. It is evident that he has sworn-in as the minister on Monday. Nevertheless, he assumed the office on Thursday.

From the other end, Nayanai Narasimha Reddy assumed the charges of Home Minister of Telangana State, early on Thursday. Later, he addressed the media and said that he would ensure strict measures to enhance the security in Hyderabad, apart from ensuring the crime rate to go down in the twin cities. He said CCTV cameras will be established at all places in the city.

It is worth recollecting that Eetela Rajendar, the Finance Minister, in the state cabinet has assumed his office early on Wednesday. He took up the charge as the Finance Minister of the state, officially, at his office located at D block in the state secretariat. He later addressed the media and said that without caring for the financial burden, TRS Party would ensure the implementation of all their promises made in the election manifesto. Further, Eetela said that he would bring out the guidelines regarding the waiver of loans to farmers, following his meeting with the bankers. He said that he would strive hard to ensure disgrace free governance.
