Rajahmundry: YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the YSR Congress Party president, on Saturday said that the review of the failure in the elections was not meant only for getting acquaintance on what went wrong at the gross root level and was not meant to discuss the failure to attain the power.

Jagan addressed the media at B &RB Guest House at Rajahmundry and said that they have reviewed about the failure in few constituencies. He reminded of the fact that YSRCP was there in the opposition in the past also. He said that from the level of a single MLA and single MP, the party has grown up to the level of 9MPs and 70 MLAs.

YS Jagan said that the signature on the loan waiver file by Naidu was a drama of him. He said that signature would be valid only if it was disclosed from which date the loan waivers would be effective. He said that with the help of the media, Naidu has been narrating a drama on the very issue. YS Jagan said that Naidu is spending Rs 30cr towards his swearing-in ceremony; and from the other end he has been raising the funds for the construction of the new capital.

YS Jagan wondered what the need was to spend so much of amount for no reason, while raising funds in very small amounts like Rs 5K and Rs 10K towards the capital city establishment from the other end. He said that there was no need for him to attend such programmes. Further, he said that he can’t be a stakeholder of such wastage of money. He said that the people have given him the portfolio of leader of opposition to pressurise Naidu for his wrong doings. He said that YSRCP would fight against all problems in the future.
