LS Speaker Sumitra Mahajan: MLA’s Responsibilities Bloated. Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan said that the responsibilities of MLA’s and MLC’s of the Andhra Pradesh have been enhanced post bifurcation.
Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan said that the responsibilities of MLA’s and MLC’s of the Andhra Pradesh have been enhanced post bifurcation. She addressed on the second day of the training program, which has been organising for the newly elected MLA’s and MLC’s of the state. She appealed the newly elected members to behave well so that the dignity of the legislature system should be regarded. She told them to utilize the question-hour session as much as possible. She also asked them to gain knowledge over several issues discussed in the house.
She hopes that the state of Andhra Pradesh would progress in the leadership of Chandra Babu Naidu. Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha Nazma Heptulla, AP assembly speaker Kodela Shiva Prasad and CM Chadra Babu Naidu were also present in this session.
