Hyderabad: The Civil Supplies authorities of Andhra Pradesh state on Thursday have seized 330 bags of rice being illegally transported at Nutalapadu village of Kotturu Mandal in Prakasam district.
Early in the morning, the authorities have raided an old house and seized the rice bags which were being loaded into a lorry. The labours involved in the loading of rice bags ran away from the spot upon seeing the officials. More details into the matter are awaited.
