Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy Surrenders Before Kurnool Court. Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy, an ex-MLA, has surrendered before the Kurnool district court concerning a case against him wherein Nandikotkur Market Yard Vice Chairman Sarushwar was murdered.

Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy, an ex-MLA, has surrendered before the Kurnool district court concerning a case against him wherein Nandikotkur Market Yard Vice Chairman Sarushwar was murdered. Also, arrest warrant was issued against him in the same matter. In relation to this case, he surrendered before the Kurnool district court on Wednesday morning. The same was confirmed officially by the sources.

It is evident that Rayalaseema Parirakshana Samithi led by Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy had been dragged into a waterway. Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy, the founder president of the RPS has been accused in a murder case. Going on with this episode, the police have been making attempts to arrest him over a period of four months. Nevertheless, since the time the murder has happened, the leader was not seen anywhere outside. It is only on Wednesday Byreddy himself had surrendered before the court.

It is worth recolecting that Byreddy has come out from Telugu Desam Party to float a new party on the name of Rayalaseema Parirakshana Samiti. He carried out so many tours by walk and on tractor around the Rayalaseema districts and declared that the party would contest in the elections. As soon as the schedule was released for the general elections, the party has declared to contest for 52 assembly and 8 Lok Sabha seats. In the meantime, Sarushwar was murdered which in turn afflicted Byreddy. So, he went into hibernation.
