It has been reportedly decided to establish a prestigious educational institute in each district. Naidu held a meeting with the state cabinet at his camp office Lake View Guest House. They have discussed on various issues such as the strategy to be followed in the state assembly, capital issue and various other issues.

It has been reportedly decided to give a chance to the opposition party leaders after the declaration of the state capital. If the opposition cooperates, a discussion and debate are decided to be taken up, otherwise voice vote may be taken into consideration.
