Anantapur: Lorry hits bus; 4 dies, On Saturday morning, in a road accident that happened near the Kodikonda check post of Chilamattur Mandal in Anantapur district. This accident happened when a lorry hit a Volvo Bus. As many as 4 people died, while six others sustained stern injuries.

As many as 4 people died, while six others sustained stern injuries. The bus is learnt to be on its way to Bengaluru from Hyderabad. The victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital. In another incident that happened on Saturday morning near Veeravalli of Bapulapadu Mandal in Krishna district, as many as 4 people died, while four others sustained stern injuries. This accident happened when a lorry hit mini van. Due to breakage of the acid box in this accident, fumes surrounded the area. The victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital.
