Rajahmundry: There was a slight damage to the road-cum-railway bridge on Sunday even after the R & B officials repaired the structure to seal a hole caused by the rain during the last two days. The repaired area sank a bit, leading to heavy traffic jam. Officials banned lorries with heavy loads from plying on the bridge. They said the department was working with the aim of saving the structure. City MLA Akula Satyanarayana visited the spot.
