Triple murder: 15 suspects held
The city police on Friday said that 15 suspects were taken into custody in the broad daylight shooting in which three persons were killed at Pedavutapalli on Thursday.
Vijayawada: The city police on Friday said that 15 suspects were taken into custody in the broad daylight shooting in which three persons were killed at Pedavutapalli on Thursday.
Police commissioner A B Venkateswara Rao said that they have conducted thorough checks on the national highway and also at the Pinakamidi village during the last two days. They have also questioned several persons connected with the triple murder and recorded their statements. In addition, the police have also seized a few mobile phones and other documents related to the murder.
The police commissioner said that they have deployed 25 teams to investigate the case. The police have zeroed in on six persons involved in the case, who belonged to the Pinakamidi village, the police commissioner said.
