Deserts wife for giving birth to baby girl
According to sources, Soujanya, who hails from Veerapunayunipalle mandal entered into wedlock with Mallikarjun, who belongs to Kokkarayapalle in Chennuru mandal of Kadapa district, in 2012.
Mydukur (Kadapa): A hapless woman, who gave birth to a baby girl, was deserted by her husband.
According to sources, Soujanya, who hails from Veerapunayunipalle mandal entered into wedlock with Mallikarjun, who belongs to Kokkarayapalle in Chennuru mandal of Kadapa district, in 2012. Everything was fine till she delivered a baby girl. It is learnt her husband Mallikarjun sent his wife to her parents’ house the second day of her delivery for giving birth to the baby girl.
Though she lodged a complaint with police they did not respond. Therefore, she started staying at her parents’ house.
Meanwhile, she came to know that her husband was getting married once again. Hence, she went to her in-laws house, along with her baby. But her husband and in-laws threw her out of the house and fled the house after locking it.
The woman has been staying on the premises of the locked house for the last four days. Later, she approached the Human Rights Body District convener.
In turn, he came to the spot and promised to render justice to her.
