Cock fights in BJP
The issue of cock fights are causing quite a bit of stir in BJP. The behavior of two prominent leaders is creating quite bit of stir in the party activists. BJP leader, Industrialist Kanumuri Raghu Ram Krishnam Raju appealed to the Supreme Court to permit for the tradition cock fighting.

On the other hand, Industrialist cum Narsapuram MP Goka Raju Ganga Raju is opposing the cock fight contest. He is alleging that many families lost their livelihood because of these betting.
“We are the ruling party, but it doesn’t mean we can do whatever we want. It not correct for some leaders to announce the cock fighting bets. Many families are losing their mean, youth getting used to the vices, I am definitely against this tradition,” he said.
