He lamented that unhygienic conditions were becoming unattractive for foreign tourists. Raju advised the people to maintain cleanliness. He quipped that the country has more lazy people, forcing it to lag behind.Vizianagaram Collector Naik said a wide variety of art forms would be presented during the festival. About 400 artists would take part in events divided into 23 categories. Tourism officer Anita said Rs 20 lakh worth proposals have been submitted for development of tourism in the district.
