TDP takes out rally for Swachh Bharat

Nellore: TDP Nellore official representative Dr Z Sivaprasad organised a rally on Tuesday along with the TDP corporators, leaders and students here for making the town beautifully groomed with cleanliness. They took up a rally from RSR School to Atmakur bus stand. He administered pledge to the students for Swachh Bharat and they all took up cleaning the premises of Atmakur bus stand.

Speaking on the occasion, Sivaprasad said every one of us should honour the services of sweepers who play key role in keeping the city clean. Swachh Nellore could be expected only if everyone tried to keep their premises clean.

The cleanliness should be maintained all the time, he said. He also said he had taken up Swachh Nellore programme in 6,7,8,9 and 10 divisions of the town.

He called on everyone in the town, particularly the students of colleges, schools and the management to participate in Swachh Bharat and help to keep the city clean and green by participating in Swachh Nellore. Later, Ex-MLA TDP and Nellore town in-charge Mungamuru Krishna Reddy said the Swachh Nellore was possible only with clean surroundings besides individual cleanliness of everyone.

He explained one and all to bring awareness about cleanliness in neighbourhood.
