It's a known fact that Chandrababu wants to get hold of the farmers' lands to speed up the AP capital formation dream. While some have willingly given away their lands, a few reluctant ones need push. So the Andhra Pradesh CM has decided to join the Sankranthi festivities at Tulluru. Let's see if this act can melt the farmers' hearts.
