In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Sankranti festival, the South Central Railway (SCR) will run two special trains between Kacheguda - Kakinada Town via Nalgonda, Guntur, Eluru, Rajahmundry. As per the schedule, the Train No 07425 Kacheguda - Kakinada Town Sankranti Special train will depart Kacheguda at 10.45 pm on January 17 and arrive in Kakinada Town at 9.45 am on the next day.

As per the schedule, the Train No 07425 Kacheguda - Kakinada Town Sankranti Special train will depart Kacheguda at 10.45 pm on January 17 and arrive in Kakinada Town at 9.45 am on the next day.

In the return direction, Train No 07426 Kakinada Town – Kacheguda Sankranti Special train will depart Kakinada Town at 6.30 pm on January 18 and arrive in Kacheguda at 5.25 am on the next day. Enroute, these special trains will stop at Sitafalmandi, Malkajgiri, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Vishnupuram, Nadikudi, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions.

These trains will have 17 coaches viz., one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, one Second Sitting Reserved, four General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage-Cum-Brake van Coaches.
