27 IAS officers reshuffled

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh State government has issued orders transferring twenty seven IAS officers in the State. Partially modifying its earlier orders, Anil Chandra Punetha, of 1984 batch has been posted as the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration. Jagadish Chandra Sharma who is now holding the position of Principal Secretary to Government, Labour, Employment Training and Factories Department is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (Land) and Principal Secretary to Government (Disaster Management), Revenue Department.

Shalini Mishra, who is waiting for posting, is posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department. Dr Vijay Kumar, is the new Principal Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, in the existing vacancy. G.Anantha Ramu, Commissioner, Transport is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Labour, Employment Training & Factories Department. Praveen Kumar, Commissioner, Fisheries is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department. Anil Kumar Singhal, Officer on Special Duty, AP Bhavan has been posted as Resident Commissioner, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi. B. Udayalaxmi is posted as Commissioner, Technical Education and Collegiate Education. D. Kadmiel, Secretary to Government, Irrigation & C.A.D. Department is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government (Services), General Administration Department. Services of K. Ramgopal, who is waiting for posting, are placed at the disposal of Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department, to appoint him as Managing Director, A.P. Civil Supplies Corporation. B.Ramanjaneyulu, Secretary to Government, Rain Shadow Areas development Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development. Lav Agarwal, is posted as Commissioner, Health & Family Welfare. He would also hold full additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Arogya Sri Trust, until further orders.

Sashibhusan Kumar, Commissioner, Rural Development is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Irrigation & C.A.D. Department. K .Sunitha, Commissioner, Collegiate Education is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Finance Department. D.Vara Prasad, Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Labour, Employment & Training. Ram Shankar Naik, Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Fisheries. Mukesh Kumar Meena, is posted as Secretary to Government (Political), General Administration Department.

B.Sreedhar is posted as Secretary to Government, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Department. Solomon Arokia Raj, Collector & District Magistrate, Ananthapuramu is posted as Special Secretary (SERP), Rural Development Department & Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP). Kona Sasidhar, Director, e-Seva is posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Ananthapuramu. H.Arun Kumar is posted as Collector & District Magistrate, East Godavari District. Services of P.A.Shoba, are placed at the disposal of the Social Welfare Department to post her as Secretary, A.P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.

Similarly, services of K.Dhananjaya Reddy is posted as Director, Disaster Management and Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary to Government, Revenue (DM) Department. In partial modification of an earlier order issued, services of K.Kanna Babu are placed at the disposal of the Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department to post him as Commissioner, Guntur Municipal Corporation, Guntur. Lathkar Shrikesh Balaji Rao is posted as Project Officer, ITDA, Parvathipuram. P. Koteswara Rao is posted as Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, West Godavari District. Vadarevu Vinay Chand, Commissioner, Tirupati Municipal Corporation, Tirupati is hereby placed full additional Charge of post of Vice-Chairman, Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA), until further orders.
