The initiative for constitution of a separate High Court for AP has been appealed by the Bar Council of AP to Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan by convening a joint meeting with the Chief Ministers of Telangana and AP.
In a representation to the Governor, Bar Council Chairman A. Narasimha Reddy said that to initiate steps to set up a separate High Court for AP and a separate Bar Council for TS, the members of the advocate community have made several requests to the Bar Council.
