JNTU-K VC confident of conducting EAMCET
JNTU-K VC confident of conducting EAMCET. JNTU-K Vice-Chancellore Prof Bhima Prabhakar Rao here on Friday exuded confidence that the varsity is able to conduct the EAMCET-2015 successfully.
Kakinada: JNTU-K Vice-Chancellore Prof Bhima Prabhakar Rao here on Friday exuded confidence that the varsity is able to conduct the EAMCET-2015 successfully.Announcing the schedule, the Vice-chancellor said notification would be issued on March3 and the examination for engineering, agriculture and medicine would be held on May 10.
The examination for students in engineering stream would be held between 10 am and 1 pm and for agriculture and medicine stream from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.Prabhakara Rao said as many as 2.50 lakh students are expected to attend the EMCET-2015. As many as 17 regional centres were identified in all 13 districts for conducting the examinations. There would be 292 centres for students in engineering stresam and 115 for students in agriculture and medicne stream.
Prabhakara Rao said additional examination centres would be set depending on number of students appearing and infrastructure available.The Vice Chancellor also said a committee for the conduct of the examination would be constituted on March 2, under the APSHE Chairman L Venugopal Reddy.
JNTU- K to conduct PG CET 2015
The JNTU-K was entrusted responsibility of conduct of PGCET-2015 too. University registrar Prof G V R. Prasada Raju was appointed as convener.Revealing the details of conduct of PGCET Prasada Raju said the examinations would be held between May 25 and 29.
