After the lack of fund allocations offered for Andhra Pradesh in the Union Budget 2015, the TDP government has already expressed their discontentment.

Now, for violation of the Coalition Dharma, the TDP government is daring to quit the NDA cabinet. To pressurize the Centre to meet the demands of AP, Chandrababu Naidu will seek the support of Coalition Partners Shiromani Akali Dal and Shiv Sena. Just like Vajpayee’s regime, TDP is demanding to set up the Coordination Committee for NDA’s coalition partners to have say in policy matters.

TDP MLA Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao declared that if the errors were not rectified and Centre continues to hurt Andhra Pradesh’s self respect, TDP will not hesitate to quit Union Cabinet.

He opined that for a Polavaram project that would cost Rs 18,000 crore, only Rs 100 crore was allotted which would result in 400 years to complete the project.
