March 7th , the Saturday will be a crucial day in the legislative history of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states when the budget sessions of both the states are all set to commence on a same day and almost with a few hours difference and also from the same venue.

The inbuiult histilities between the Telangana and AP government, their politicians, poiice and their bureaucrats is likely to surface during this session in the back ground of the several instances of skirmish like - Labour welfare Account, Water sharing, Power sharing, Police clash at Nagarjuna sagar dam and Tourism office issue at Gachibowli etc Both the CMOs and the officers of the Speakers today chalked out an action plan to ensure that there were no goof ups and clashes on the inaugural day. Thus us tge second budget session that is occuring in the same venue for the two gogvernments as the historic complex wil remain as the joint asset of both the states for a period of ten years as per the AP Reorganization Act . Though the seating and room allocations ahve been cumber some in the premises both the government have sorted out to coperate and function .The AP governbment had explored prospects of conducting the bnudget session from Nagarjuna university complex in Guntur district but had given up the proposal later .
If the governor E S L Narasimha, is addressing the joint session of AP assembly and council at 8.55 AM, he will also address the joint session of the Telangana assemboly and council members at 11 AM. Similarly AP government plans to present the annual budget on March 12th and the Telangana budget will be presented on March 11th .
Police of both states have fully geaed to make the place secure and will guard all the gates collectively as the premises is thrown open from all gates to MLAs and MLCs of both the states Special forces have been summoned from the districts and will be deployed in and around the assembly durig the session .Tjhe media point for channel news gathering will be crowded as both goverbnments have to use one and same platform in the Assembly premises.
