Adding a new dimension to the Assembly session, Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao suspended eight YSR Congress Party MLAs on Wednesday from the Andhra Pradesh Assembly. Right after the session rejoined, the Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu moved the resolution for the suspension orders of MLAs which will last till 23rd March.

The suspended MLAs include Gadikota Srikanth Reddy, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, G Mutyala Naidu, Chirla Jaggireddy, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, Shivaprasad Reddy, Kodali Nani, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Sheikh Chand Basha. While the suspended MLAs shouted slogans in protest against the suspension, they were forcibly evicted from the house by using marshals.
