Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate eight industries and perform ground-breaking for 11 new industries in Sri City, bordering AP and Tamil Nadu on April 3. In the morning, he will inaugurate Sri City progress celebrations soon after his arrival. He would visit the PepsiCo India’s plant and inaugurate it in the presence of Indra Nooyi, chairperson and CEO and several other dignitaries.

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate eight industries and perform ground-breaking for 11 new industries in Sri City, bordering AP and Tamil Nadu on April 3. In the morning, he will inaugurate Sri City progress celebrations soon after his arrival. He would visit the PepsiCo India’s plant and inaugurate it in the presence of Indra Nooyi, chairperson and CEO and several other dignitaries.

Later, he would visit West Pharmaceuticals production plant and dedicate it. Later, the Chief Minister will participate in the centenary celebrations of Italy-based steel major, Danieli. In the afternoon he will arrive at the Business Centre for inaugurating eight industries, which include ZTT India, Nippon Seiki, MM Polytech, Kusakabe, Vital Solutions, Siddaratha Logistics, Chung Xing and Artura Pharma.

Following this, he would perform ground-breaking for 11 more new industries, which include - Rexam, Vermeiren, Cipy Pagel, KGI Clothing, Ayurvet, Brindco, Power Gas, Koncept Poly Pro, Be' Rollex, Beva Silicones and Godavari Udyog.Following this, he would take part in an interactive meeting with media persons and local invitees. Later, he would visit the Hunter Douglas factory for inaugurating it.

At Kobelco Cranes, he will flag off the first export grade crane. Commenting on the ensuing visits, Sri City MD Ravindra Sannareddy said, “In the wake of unveiling the new industrial policy, the CM’s visit assumes greater significance. The new policy will make AP in general and Sri City in particular, a preferred destination for investments.”
