Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is leaving for New Delhi on a two day visit where he is scheduled to attend PM's dinner tonight and also the joint Conference of Chief Ministers and Chief Justices of High Courts tomorrow.
The joint conference is being held to seek the views of states (on behalf of the Chief Ministers) on the 253rd report of the Law Commission of India titled “Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts and Commercial Courts Bill, 2015.”
He will also participate in the Jagjivan Ram Jayanti celebrations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will set the mood of the conference with his inaugural address to focus on the commercial aspects of judicial reforms coming up in the future as per the bill moved in the parliament.
