Singapore’s strength is in huge constructions and Singapore intends to team up with Japan as it has companies that have taken up large-scale constructions, said Mr Shanmugham who added that the companies would come forward if the capital construction project was economically practical.
He said that the initial outline for the master plan has been completed and the construction will begin once the detailed plan is completed. Also, that the AP Government will need a master developer, capital and global participation, said Mr Shanmugham.
On the timeline for the construction of the Capital, he said AP Government would be the one to comment on it and added that the master plan is made keeping in view the needs of a population till 2050.
