Lorry mows down student in Krishna

A nine-year-old student died in a road accident after he was knocked down by a lorry while crossing the road near Ampapruam of Bapulapadu mandal in Krishna District on Saturday.
A nine-year-old student died in a road accident after he was knocked down by a lorry while crossing the road near Ampapruam of Bapulapadu mandal in Krishna District on Saturday.According to the Viravalli police, the victim has been identified as Siva Muralikrishna (9), studying at a private school.
He was crossing the road around 8 am on his way school when he was knocked down. Murali Krishna died on the spot. The lorry was going to Eluru from Vijayawada at the time of the accident. The Viravalli police registered a case against the lorry driver.
