AP Forest Minister Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy said that the AP government is ready to spend even Rs. 100 crore to protect the red sander plantations in the Seshachalam forests.
Bojjala said the cell phones found on the dead coolies has given out information on the smugglers contacts which the AP police are investigating to bring the smugglers to justice.
The minister said on the basis of the cell data information, many linked to red sanders smuggling have already been taken into custody and questioned. "There will be no change in our strong willed method of containing the red sanders smuggling activity," he added.
