The proposal of Life Tax enhancement by one percent for certain categories of vehicles in AP that has been submitted to the government would yield additional revenue of Rs.202.50 crore in the first year and Rs.75 crore in the following years, said AP Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao on Saturday.
Krishna Rao said that the Property Card is compulsory for every citizen for undertaking land related transaction for non-agricultural properties.
