Anantha Lakshmi Mills bags Best Management Award
Sri Anantha Lakshmi Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd at Marripalem in Guntur district has won the \"Best Management Award\" for the year 2014 under the best management category for carrying out many employee-welfare activities in their organisation. The award has been given away by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to the Managing Director of the company, Samineni Koteswara Rao at a programme held at Rajahmundry on May Day.

Guntur: Sri Anantha Lakshmi Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd at Marripalem in Guntur district has won the "Best Management Award" for the year 2014 under the best management category for carrying out many employee-welfare activities in their organisation. The award has been given away by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to the Managing Director of the company, Samineni Koteswara Rao at a programme held at Rajahmundry on May Day. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister appreciated the concern and care of Samineni Koteswara Rao towards his employees. Memento and a certificate of appreciation were presented to the employees of Sri Anantha Lakshmi Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd.
Speaking on the occasion, Koteswara Rao said that their company supplies uninterrupted mineral water to the workers and staff quarters, provides loan facilities to workers and staff without interest, provides medical facility to all in-house employees throughout the day, supplies eggs at 50 per cent subsidy rate, store facility with nominal prices, arranging quality food in canteen on 50 per cent subsidy are some of the facilities that the company arranges under day-to-day welfare activities. Deputy Chief Minister Chinarajappa, Labour Minister K. Atchannaidu and other Ministers were present.
