Naidu meddling with media freedom, says MLC

Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Saturday alleged that AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was resorting to attacks on media freedom. Speaking to the media on the Assembly premises, Ponguleti said the TDP government failed to show a single evidence with regard to ‘phone tapping’.
Hyderabad: Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Saturday alleged that AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was resorting to attacks on media freedom. Speaking to the media on the Assembly premises, Ponguleti said the TDP government failed to show a single evidence with regard to ‘phone tapping’.
Reminding that the attack on Governor by TDP Ministers with regard to Section 8, Ponguleti said Naidu raised curtains for water war. Making it clear that Naidu had to face probe by tendering resignation to his position, the MLC said he had doubts that the Centre might have brought about a compromise between Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States.
