Chandrababu’s tours pending bills sum up to 19 Cr
AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s bills on the tours in 13 districts of the State in the past one year have come up to Rs 19 crore and are still pending.

With the rising pressure from the concerned people that unless the bills were cleared, they could not go further, the Collectors of all districts are stuck in a delicate situation and have brought the issue to AP Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao.
The Chief Secretary of AP has directed the Finance department to release Rs 19 crore - Rs 3 crore each to Visakhapatnam, Chittoor and Krishna districts along with Rs 1 crore each to the remaining 10 districts. Since there are no budget allocations to release Rs 19 crores, additional funds are to be released and the power lies with Principal Secretary (Finance) PV Ramesh who is on a foreign tour and is expected to rejoin duties on Monday.
