Devotees can transfer the money to the Demat account from anywhere across the globe. The Demat account bearing the number 1601010000384828 has been opened with the Stock Holding Corporation of India.
Devotees have been donating lakhs of rupees in the form of cheques for so many years and now with the Demat account they can easily transfer the amount online. On the other hand, the TTD is likely to deposit 1,000 KG of scrap gold in SBi under the gold deposit scheme.As per the TTD officials, the temple receives 80 to 100 kg gold every month in the form of donations.
