New Delhi: The two kidnapped Telugus in Sirte, Libya, Balaram and Gopikrishna, are safe and negotiations with the kidnappers have yielded positive results, Kambhampati Rammohan Rao, Special Representative of the AP Government at Delhi, disclosed here on Wednesday.
Talking to the media here, he said that both of them had come into contact with the Indian officials in Libya and they were expected to be flown back to India tomorrow and could reach Hyderabad by evening. However, the same was not confirmed by the External Affairs Ministry till evening.
