KCR was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Ali, Finance Minister Etela Rajendar and Power Minister G Jagadish Reddy. The Telangana Chief Minister is expected to stay at the venue at attend the ceremony before he departs for Suryapet at 2.40 PM.
