Padmanabha Raju and 8-10 others of trespassing into the sugar factory around 8 pm on Friday and threatening the security staff those working in the factory. Puttur DSP Nagabhushuna Rao, along with Nagari CI Nagaraju and Nindra SI Balakrishnaiah, visited the sugar factory on Saturday and enquired with the staff.
Meanwhile, Krishnamurthy speaking to media here on Saturday denied the charge of trespass and intimidation. He however admitted that he went to the factory by virtue of his position as share holder to meet the officials on his pending issue.
