APCC president N Raghuveera Reddy accused the State and Central governments for deceiving the people of Andhra Pradesh over the special status category. The Congress leader slammed the TDP and NDA government for going back on the promise of granting special status.
Raghuveera Reddy further condemned the TDP government's actions in denotifying forest lands and acquiring farmers lands for the Capital construction. He questioned the justification behind the government's move for attacking the farmers who refused to part with their lands.
