The AP CM laid the foundation stone for the Urdu University at Orvakal. He further accused some leaders from Rayalaseema of obstructing development in the region. "Congress failed to develop Rayalaseema during its rule, but NTR initiated many irrigation projects and implemented them properly," he said.
Chandrababu further said that he has been fulfilling the promises he made to Kurnool district. He threw a challenge for an open debate on the development of Rayalaseelma. Former Congress MP Anantha Venkatarami Reddy accepted the challenge and ready for the debate.
