Anantapur: Minister Paritala Sunitha on Friday praised Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for achieving the impossible in implementing the loan waiver scheme within a short time of coming to power even as the divided State faced a deficit budget.
She was speaking during a tour of Pyadindi, Basinepalli and Venkatampalli villages in Chennekothapalli mandal as part of the ongoing Jana Chaitanya Yatra. She along with several TDP leaders explained the government’s welfare programmes. The Minister inaugurated the newly built primary school building in Pyadindi. She received representations from the people. Youth in large numbers attended her meetings.
At Basinepalli Sunitha’s son Sriram joined the yatra. He alleged that during the Congress regime leaders had misused the welfare schemes, while Naidu was implementing them for public good. At Venkatampalli, the Minister attended a mass ‘Srimantam’ programme for 15 women and presented them saris and fruits.
At Amudalakunta, retired teacher Narayanappa along with his followers of the YSRCP joined the TDP.
