Reliance Developers come to new capital

Vijayawada: The city is set to have first eight storeyed complexes, both commercial and residential, on a sprawling 1.25 acres of land. Hyderabad-based Reliance Developers have come to the new capital to provide infrastructure. Managing partner S Rajesh Kiran said that the venture is estimated to cost about Rs 70 crore.

This would have two separate complexes, one exclusively for commercial and the other for residential.The commercial complex would have first two floors for retail marketing, while the remaining six floors would have office accommodation for the corporate companies with each floor having 8,000 square feet space. The complex would also have ample space for parking in the two basements.

The residential area would have swimming pool, gym, multipurpose hall, walking track, childrens play area, land scaping, shuttle badminton court, besides other facilities, Rajesh Kiran said.

They have taken land from Koneru Satyakrishna and Koneru Visweswara Rao for this prestigious project, he added.

Deputy chief minister N Chinarajappa would lay the foundation stone for the project on December 5 which would be ready in two years. Rajesh Kiran further stated that they have also taken up another exclusive residential project at Currency Nagar in the city. This second project would come up in 1.50 acres of land, very close to the national highway.

The Reliance managing director S Purnachandra Rao was also present.
