The YSRCP has decided to move a no-confidence motion against Speaker of Andhra Pradesh Assembly and challenge the suspension of the party MLA R K Roja in a court of law.

Hyderabad: The YSRCP has decided to move a no-confidence motion against Speaker of Andhra Pradesh Assembly and challenge the suspension of the party MLA R K Roja in a court of law.
Alleging that the Speaker was not acting in an impartial manner, the YSRCP legislature party which met here on Tuesday deliberated at length over the developments in the AP Assembly during the winter session and came to the conclusion that the ruling party was muzzling the opposition voice and was going against the rules and procedure of the House.
The ruling party, they felt, was behaving in a dictatorial manner and the Speaker was acting as per the wishes of the government. The party is likely to serve the notice for no confidence against the Speaker on Wednesday.
