Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is visiting Eluru on the occasion of New Year’s Day on Friday. It will be his second successive visit to Eluru on New Year Day. He celebrated New Year Day last year too.

West Godavari District Collector K Bhaskar on Thursday said that the Chief Minister would reach Eluru at 3.50 pm on Friday by helicopter from Vijayawada. He would land at the helipad in Indoor Stadium here.
He would reach District Hospital at 4.10 pm and inaugurate the 102 Call Centre (Online Demo) and Tele Medicine (Online Demo). He also inaugurates the New MCH block, free diagnostic facility under PPT and equipment maintenance. He also launches the Talli-Bidda Express. The Chief Minister later interacts with the media persons.
Later at 4.45 pm, he reaches NTR Statue at Fire Station Centre and garlands it. At 5 pm, he would leave Eluru for Vijayawada by chopper.
