‘Incredible AP’ enlightens students

The Nalanda School and Degree College organised a 6-day event called ‘Incredible Andhra Pradesh’ for the students to gain knowledge on the assets of the State, its past and present to provide an outlook for the future. The valedictory of the event was attended by AP NGOs president Ashok Babu and district president A Vidya Sagar who spoke on the occasion.

Vijayawada: The Nalanda School and Degree College organised a 6-day event called ‘Incredible Andhra Pradesh’ for the students to gain knowledge on the assets of the State, its past and present to provide an outlook for the future. The valedictory of the event was attended by AP NGOs president Ashok Babu and district president A Vidya Sagar who spoke on the occasion.

In a release to the media, it was mentioned that the students were asked to take part in the activities like ‘Quiz on topic’, ‘Our 13 districts’, ‘mono action on topic’, ‘Industrial Development in Andhra’, ‘my family -my strength’, ‘Open heart with Nalandans’ and other engaging events. A lecture on ‘Future of Andhra’ was also included in the events for the students to expand their knowledge on the concerned issues.

Ashok Babu said that students should mould their careers and interests in such a way that they would be eligible to reap the benefits of development in the State. He called upon them to take active participation in contributing towards the State’s prosperity. Later, he gave away prizes to the winners of various events that were held.

A few cultural programmes marked the conclusion of the Incredible AP.

Principal of the degree college M Anuradha and other faculty were present at the meeting.
