Be role models, TNSF leaders exhorted

Tirupati: The TDP leader and SC Corporation Chairman Jupudi Prabhakar Rao urged the TNSF activists to be role models to inspire other students in the colleges and universities. Speaking at the orientation programme which was launched here on Monday for TNSF leaders of Kurnool and Chittoor districts, Prabhakar Rao said that the TNSF leaders with their disciplined and principled manner should lead the youth, who are the backbone of the nation, in the colleges and universities, for their betterment. He also wanted the TNSF to support the TDP government in taking the welfare schemes to the poor and the party for the propagation of its policies. The TNSF activists were fortunate to have a visionary like Chandarababu Naidu as their leader and tech savvy Nara Lokesh, who is keen on the party for adopting latest technologies to rejuvenate it and urged the activists to help the party to counter the malicious propaganda of the YSRCP leaders against the TDP.

The TDP leader criticised YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy for his failure to restrain his party woman MLA, who behaved in an objectionable manner in the Assembly. He also came down heavily on her for insulted rival party woman legislator. While the Congress party on its part deliberately divided the state to weaken the Telugus, he said adding that it was the TDP which following the footsteps of late NT Rama Rao has been keen on upholding theself respect of Telugus and their interests. He said it was the credit of Chandrababu Naidu for the state achieving impressive growth rate despite facing financial constrains in the wake of the bifurcation. Earlier, TDP district president G Srinvasulu also spoke.
