Ongole: The District Legal Services Authority is organising National Lok Adalat on the premises of Nyaya Seva Sadan, District court buildings, Ongole, along with taluk headquarters and other independent courts, in the district on February 13.
The Secretary-cum-Senior Civil Judge, V Mohan Kumar, said in a statement that instructions were issued to all the judicial officers in the district to refer and identify cases for settlement of bank matters i.e; Section 138 of NI Act, recovery suits, including pending and pre-litigation cases and all other cases, pending with their respective courts for amicable settlement.
