Kadapa: Union Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda has assured legal fraternity of recommending to the Prime Minister for forming a national judicial committee for resolving the problems of advocates. The Union Minister came to Kadapa district as part of his two-day tour. He visited Pulivendula, Yerraguntla and Proddutur towns and collected opinions from the public about welfare schemes being implemented by Central government.

Speaking at a meeting organised by the District Bar Association in court premises here on Friday, the Union Minister gave a call to advocates to take active role for implementation of the centrally-sponsored schemes. He urged the advocates to give suggestions for effective implementation of the Central schemes. Gowda advised the advocates to resolve the cases immediately without giving scope for pending and also promised them to provide minimum facilities in the courts. He said that the BJP-led NDA government has been providing good governance in the country to fulfil all the election promises. The Union Minister said that the Centre will take necessary measures to ask the respective State governments for providing more jobs to the unemployed youth.

“The Central government is ready to extend support to the people of Rayalaseema districts, who have been suffering with drought conditions for several years,” he added. He stated that public opinions would reflect while making changes in centrally-sponsored schemes in the ensuing Union Budget.
